Mason Veranda is proud to be a pet-friendly apartment community in Port St. Lucie with amenities that include a dog park with a gated, off-leash area and an indoor air-conditioned pet grooming spa to help keep your furry friends happy and comfortable. We welcome up to two pets per household with a maximum weight of 75 pounds per pet. The community requires a $250 nonrefundable fee per pet, $25 monthly pet rent per pet, and a $250 refundable pet deposit per household. Breed restrictions apply. Vaccination records, a current pet photo, paid pet fees, and completion of third-party pet screening are required prior to move-in.
